AZooNY.com is the sole owner of the information collected on this
site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways
different from what is disclosed in this statement.
Registration
In order to purchase or list items for sale on this website, a user must
first complete the registration or account creation form. During registration,
a user is required to give their contact information, such as name and
email address. This information is used to contact the user about the
services on our site for which they have expressed interest. Some information,
such as certain phone numbers, are optional for the user to provide. However,
we encourge disclosing this information to ensure customer satisfaction
and to provide a more personalized experience on our site.
Order
We request information from the user on our order form. Here, a user
must provide contact information (i.e., name and address) and financial
information (i.e., credit card number, expiration date, etc.). This information
is used for billing purposes and/or to fill customer's orders. If we have
trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in
touch with the user.
Special Notice about Children
Children are not eligible to use our services, and we ask that minors,
under the age of 18, do not submit any personal information to us. If you are a minor,
you can use this service only in conjunction with your parents or guardians.

personally identifiable information while on our site. Once the user closes

Artists
Artists may choose to have information about themselves, such as email address and
web address, listed on their AZooNY.com pages. An individual Artist may collect personal information directly from the buyer. If an individual Artist uses an outside credit card processing company, such as PayPal®, or a shipping company, a buyer's information that is provided to the Artist may be shared with an outside credit card company and/or shipping company. We have no direct control over any personal information of the buyer that is shared directly with the Artist and/or the outside credit card company and/or the shipping company and recommend that you inquire and/or review their privacy policies.
Any information provided by an Artist that the Artist chooses not to have displayed on his/her particular web page will not be shared to any third parties, except to those necessary parties for any shipping and/or billing purposes.
Any information collected by AZooNY from buyers of AZooNY merchandise only will not be shared with any Artist Members.
Law Enforcement
AZooNY.com will cooperate with any law enforcement inquiries to enforce laws, such
as intellectual property rights, fraud, and other rights. By using this site, you authorize
us to disclose any information about you to law enforcement or other government officials as we,
in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate, in connection with an investigation of
fraud, intellectual property infringements, or other activities that are illegal or may expose us
or you to legal liability.

This web site contains links to other sites. Please be aware that we,
AZooNY.com, are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other
sites. We encourage our users to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that
collects personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely
to information collected by this web site.
Tell-A-Friend
If a user elects to use our referral or epostcard service for informing a friend
about our site or artist listings, we will ask for the friend's name and email address. AZooNY.com
will send the friend an email inviting them to visit our site. We will not use the
friend’s information for any other purposes or future emailings. You may not use our
Tell-A-Friend or AZooNYcard epostcard service to send spam or otherwise send content that would violate our
User Terms and Conditions agreement. The friend may contact AZooNY.com
at http://azoony.com to request the removal of this information from our database.
Security
This web site uses general industry standards to protect our users' information.
When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information
is protected both online and off-line.
If you have any questions about the security at our website, you can contact Customer Support
AZooNY.com Membership Password
You are responsible for all actions taken with your Artist Login and Password, including
fees. We do not recommend that you disclose your password to any third parties. If
you choose to share your Artist Login and Password with third parties, you are responsible for
all actions taken with your Arist Login and Password. You may change your Artis Password
by logging in and accessing the change password function from within Artist Edit.
Special Offers
We may send our new members a welcoming email to verify password and username.
Established members may occasionally receive information on products,
services and special offers.
Site and Service Updates
We may send the user site and service announcement updates. Members
are not able to un-subscribe from service announcements, which contain
important information about the service. We communicate with the user to
provide requested services and for issues relating to their account via email or phone.
Correction/Updating Personal Information:
If a user's personally identifiable information changes, or if a user no longer desires our
service, we provide a way to correct, update, or remove user's personal data that was provided
to us. This can usually be done at the artist member information page or by contacting Customer Support.
Choice/Opt-out
Our users are given the opportunity to "opt-out" of having their information
used for purposes not directly related to our site at the point where we
ask for the information for that purpose.
Users of our site are always notified when their information is being collected
for any outside parties. We do this so our users can make an informed choice
as to whether they should proceed with services that require an outside
party or not.
Notification of Changes
If AZooNY.com decides to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes
accesable via our Homepage, so our users are always aware of what information we collect,
how we use it, and if under any circumstances we disclose it. If at any
point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner
different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify
users by way of an email. Users will have a choice as to whether or not
we use their information in this different manner.
